We realize there’s a temptation to consider giving the free vacation to anyone who actually buys a property recommended by you.
However, we suggest that it makes more sense to use the free vacation as a LEAD GENERATOR.
In other words, your social media ads & other communications would invite people to simply, “Schedule an appointment with you & walk away with a FREE VACATION!”
Because think about this for a moment…whilst the 4-day VACATION is a fabulous incentive, it’s unlikely to have a major impact on someone considering to actually INVEST in a property you’ve recommended.
However, it WOULD likely have a HUGE IMPACT on influencing a prospective client to simply attend an appointment & get a proposal from you (whether the appointment is face to face OR by Zoom).
In fact, it’d be an almost IRRESISTABLE INVITATION…because the prospect gets the benefit of your “property investment skills & wisdom” …& THEY ALSO WALK AWAY WITH A FREE VACATION!
Your advertising would promote the fact that if someone attended an appointment with you so you could show them how to invest in property, THEY RECEIVE A FREE VACATION!
Now if your conversion rate is, for example, 2 out of 10 appointments, your RETURN ON INVESTMENT will be INSANE.
Let’s do the math.
Given the vacations are $97 each, ten “property investment appointments” will cost you ten times $97 – that’s a total of $970.
However, if you converted just TWO of the 10 prospects – & let’s say each bought a $400,000 house…your return on investment would be crazy…& we bet you’d do that every day of the week!
This is a LEAD GEN tactic on steroids!
Imagine the ROI if your hit rate was 3 or 4 conversions out of ten appointments!
To ensure you’re not wasting time with tire-kickers, your Facebook ads & any other advertising would send interested people to a landing page (which WE can help you with), where the prospects need to leave their details AND answer a number of pre-qualification questions.
You know…the sort of questions YOU’D ask when you get a general inquiry – just to make sure the prospect is at least semi-warm.
Questions like, “How much equity do they have in their current home,” etc.
If they don’t pass “the pre-qualification test,” THEY DON’T get to have an appointment – plain & simple…so you’re NOT wasting your time – nor are you wasting your vacation certificate.
This way, you’re only talking to real prospects – & the free vacation incentive works its magic!
So as you can see, you can use the free vacations as a powerful LEAD GENERATOR for your PROPERTY INVESTMENT advisory business – because as you know, it’s all a numbers game.
The more warm leads, THE MORE PROPERTY INVESTMENT CLIENTS!
